There are
many reasons why you could be underweight. I will share with you a few reasons
why I believe people are so skinny and find it hard to gain weight.
- You are malnutrition- Your body is not getting sufficient vitamins, minerals and nutrients in order for it to be healthy. If you believe you are malnourished you then you need to make fruits, vegetables and meats a heavy part of your diet. There are also many vitamin supplements on the market the market that can boost your body a bit. Here are some vitamin supplements that I am familiar with.
- It’s Just in your blood- Your genetics have caused you to be skinny. You parents and grandparents were skinny so you have ended up that way. Regardless of this, you don’t have to stay that way. Most of my family members are fairly skinny but I am not. Everybody can gain weight. They just have to learn how to gain weight the right way.
- You are exercising too excessively- Many people become skinny by regularly doing too intense exercises. The more you exercise the more calories your burn. The more calories you burn, the thinner you get. The formula is simple but obviously there will be an exception to this if you’re doing strength training.
